Please note that if you do not have an ADSL high speed internet connection, then the .pdf files can take several minutes to download onto your computer. With conventional dial up connections 1Mb can take between 5 and 10 minutes to download. We therefore do not recommend downloading our .pdf files on a dialup connection.
