Disc Brake Spares
Regular parts we provide are such as:
- Spare brake pads - Brake diaphragms
All of the Alanco Range of brakes consist of two arms, a frame, a brake chamber and a pair of brake pads. These parts can be sold separately as required. Arms and brake pads are sold as pairs only.
The brake chambers consist of two halves which are bolted together. Sandwiched between the two halves is a rubber diaphragm onto which a pusher is bonded. The Pushers and Diaphragms can be purchased separately, or as an assembly.
Alamatic Spares
The Alamatic Range of brakes consist of two brake halves bolted together with a spacer in between which is the same thickness as the disc. Each brake half consists of a body and a cover. A rubber diaphragm with a pusher, bonded to it, is sandwiched between the cover and the body.
The Pushers and Diaphragms can be purchased separately, or as an assembly. Brake pads (linings) are always sold in pairs.
